Coach Lokakao joins the Angels in 2026 fresh off a standout career at Eaglecrest High School, where he ran personal bests of 15.07 in the 110m hurdles and 39.89 in the 300m hurdles. In 2025, as team captain, he led the Raptor boys to a second place finish at the 5A State Meet.

He is currently attending Colorado State University, where he is majoring in Biomedical Sciences.
