Coach Fulton is excited to join the Angels in 2026 after coaching sprints at Eaglecrest and Ponderosa, his alma mater. In 2025 he shaped one of the greatest seasons in Colorado sprinting history, including the Colorado state record in the girls 4x100m, the second fastest boys 4x100m in state history, state titles in the boys 4x100m and girls 4x200m, ten state finalists, and seven boys under 11 seconds in the 100m.
Collegiately, Fulton was a standout sprinter at Colorado State, where he was part of the Rams' 2020 Mountain West Indoor Championship. His 4x400m relay teams still hold both the indoor and outdoor school records, and he sits on CSU's all-time top performer lists in the indoor 60m and 200m and the outdoor 100m.
Outside of coaching, Fulton excels on the golf course and in the hockey rink, and works in the medical field.
