Coach Diarra, known to the team as Coach Noudji, is new to East in 2026 after helping coach the jumpers at Eaglecrest. She is the national record holder in the indoor and outdoor triple jump for her native Mali.

She competed collegiately at Fort Hays State University, helping set school records in the 4x100, 4x200, and 1600m medley relays, and later served as an assistant coach for the Tigers while continuing her post collegiate career. A Hinkley High School alum, she was the 2013 EMAC Athlete of the Year for Coach Carhart. Off the track, Coach Noudji works as a nurse practitioner.
